If you're a developer with writing ability, why not make some extra cash writing for Alertra? We're currently accepting articles that demonstrate working with our RESTful API. Each tutorial should show how to accomplish an Alertra API task using a single programming/scripting language or any technology that can interface with an HTTP-based API.
We're looking to show how easy and effective our API is, in a wide variety of applications and environments. Basic tasks need to be covered, but after that, the more creative the better. :)
Guidelines
We're easy to get along with. Follow these guidelines and your article will be quickly published.
- Articles must be your original work and not published anywhere else.
- Articles must be ready-to-publish, basic HTML. No custom styles or CSS classes.
- Even better (and way easier), use markdown instead of HTML.
- If you include any images, host them on imgur.
- We recommend including your personal pic and bio.
- Articles can include one backlink in your personal bio.
- No other external links are allowed.
- Make sure your code is tested.
- Proofread!
Approval Process
Before you write an article, please send a writing sample (or link) to our Support Team. Make sure you include the topic for your article idea. Use "Article Submission" for the subject on the contact form to ensure you get high priority (we get a lot of emails). Please include your personal bio. We'll respond quickly.
